How Much Does a Water Cooler and Bottled Water Delivery Cost?

How Much Water Do I Need?
At Home
A family of 3 or 4 people will consume an average of 3-4 five-gallon bottles per four-week delivery.
At the Office
For commercial customers, we generally recommend one bottle for every two employees to start.

Remember, seasonality plays a role, so people tend to consume more water in the summer than in the other seasons. Uses beyond just drinking, such as cooking, feeding pets, and making coffee can also add to consumption
For any residential customer who is not currently getting home or office delivery of 5-gallon bottles of water, we always recommend starting service, taking between 3 and 5 bottles to start, and then we simply replace your empty bottles with ones once a month. That way your monthly volume can change with no penalties, and you can learn your usage. We ask that you start with at least 3 bottles.
Berkshire Springs does not charge an initial bottle deposit. It only charges a customer for the net unreturned bottles at the end of service, at $7.00 apiece.
A three-bottle minimum applies only to the initial delivery. There is no minimum bottle requirement for future regularly scheduled deliveries. A minimum may apply when a customer requests a special delivery on a non-scheduled/off-cycle day.
You can stop service at any time with no penalty.
