We’ve all heard that we should drink eight glasses of water a day. The truth is that there is no general standard that meets every person’s needs. How much water you need varies. However, there are some basic guidelines for recommended daily intake: For men, the Institute of Medicine recommends 13 cups or about 3 liters each day. Women, they suggest 9 cups or about 2.21 liters of water each day. Pregnant women should drink about 10 cups of water daily. Those who breastfeed need about 12 cups.(more…)

In this day and age of Covid and masks and social distancing, every trip out to the store becomes at least difficult… if not just plain too risky to consider… so, in our household, we find ourselves turning more and more to convenient alternatives if we can find them.
